Red Dates
Red Dates are known for its deep, earthy flavour that makes them a staple ingredient in soups or tea. With a naturally high sugar content, red dates give our premium bird’s nest a slightly sweet kick. Red Dates are also known to have many health benefits such as anti-aging, immunity system booster, nourishing blood supply, lowering cholesterol levels and anti-inflammatory effect. It also helps to nourish the yin (cold) and replenish the yang (heat) in the body to balance the Qi. How to store
As we use only real ingredients without preservatives and stabilisers, we highly recommend that:
- Opened bottles should be consumed within 3 to 5 days.
- If unopened, refrigerated bottle of bird’s nest can last for 2 weeks.
Store the bottles in a cool and dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated to ensure all the natural ingredients remain extra fresh.
