Refund and Return Policy
We want you to be tremendously happy before and after you order from us. Should you require refund/return, please find below our refund and return policy.
As each bottle is made to order, we unfortunately cannot accept returns.
We do not refund for change of mind. We only refund/replace items if they are defective, damaged or fail to be of acceptable quality within 3 days from the delivery date with your order number, details of the incorrect/damaged products.
You will be required to provide photographs of the damaged goods so we can investigate the shipping/packaging process to investigate and improve our process. Without these items, we will be unable to process a replacement.
